While the location is advantageous for accessing nearby attractions, the room left much to be desired. The bed size wasn't as advertised, and the upkeep of the facilities felt neglected. Even the breakfast options weren't up to par. A disappointing experience overall, this hotel didn't live up to its promises.

The room was updated and clean. Free breakfast was a nice perk. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the pool and the complimentary water upon arrival. The blackout curtains were effective for a good night's sleep. 😊

convenient ice machine

Just a reliable pick for a flying visit in Council Bluffs with definitely value for money. The ice machine in the breakfast nook was always full and really convenient. Try to ask for a room away from the pool area to avoid noise.
